I, like most people, have had to deal with customers and clients everyday of my working life and occasionally you do get random complaints or requests. That's why I love the site Not Always Right.

The Telegraph has put together the 20 most ridiculous complaints by holidaymakers. It's equally brilliant and funny.

Unleash your inner child

There is something to be said about the calming, smile-inducing power of animated films. My husband and I sat glued to Ice Age 2:The Meltdown thanks to ITV2 this weekend. We enjoyed every second, laughed at every possible opportunity like five year olds and felt like we’d taken a batch of happy pills afterwards. It got me thinking of the many animated films I’ve enjoyed in recent years, much more so than ones I enjoyed as a child and I’m sure most of the humour would fly straight over a ten year old child’s head, so…go my children and enjoy the wonderful world of animation (well, mainly the world of Disney Pixar!)

Flight of the Conchords

I saw these guys at the Edinburgh Festival about 5 years ago and they're brilliant. A fantastically funny New Zealand duo who sing very, very funny digi-folk songs.

I stumbled upon this video after someone in the office sent round a link, which wasn't as funny as Bret and Jermaine, so I decided to post them instead.

Business Time is one of my favourites, its the one I most remember from their live show, but just look for other songs and you won't be disappointed.

If you ever get a chance to see these two live it'll be worth every penny.
